Enrollment Director Opportunity

Merryhill School, a leading private education provider, is seeking an experienced Enrollment Director to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming new students to our campuses and driving enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic enrollment plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with school leaders, parents, and students to promote our educational programs.
  • Conduct engaging campus tours and follow up with prospective families to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
  • Manage applications, contracts, and student assessments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with campus and operations leadership to optimize enrollment processes and resources.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track and analyze enrollment data, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain accurate enrollment forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Cultivate strong connections with school leaders to promote our educational programs and services.
  • Address and resolve issues quickly and effectively to ensure a positive experience for prospective families.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales or lead conversion role with KPI accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field.
  • Proven success in high-ticket conversion activities, with a track record of meeting and exceeding enrollment targets.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Adaptable, data-savvy, and accountable, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
