**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Project Support Associate to assist our HR team in Knoxville for a short-term project. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide administrative support, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the success of our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. As a personal assistant to our HR team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence with professionalism and exceptional phone etiquette.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Performing various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Acting as a personal assistant to HR, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Utilizing computer literacy skills to create and update spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Typing, proofreading, and editing documents as needed

This is a temporary position, with an estimated salary range of $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on industry standards and market rates for similar roles in the Knoxville area. The expected work schedule is 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift. Work will be conducted in-person at our office location.
