Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This role involves providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Key responsibilities include taking and recording vital signs, administering treatments, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.

  • Demonstrate competence in performing critical skills and provide age-specific care to patients.
  • Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration rates, blood pressure, weight, height, and intake-output measurements.
  • Employ infection control policies and safety measures to prevent harm to patients and staff.
  • Complete designated patient care activities and ensure patient comfort and privacy.
  • Identify and assist patients with nutrition and hydration needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a student in an accredited nursing education program, have junior or senior year status, and have successfully completed fundamental clinical skills. You will also need to obtain CPR certification.
