Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caring Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing direct support and services to individuals in their homes, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your primary duties will include:


  • • Providing person-centered care and support to clients, prioritizing their individual needs and preferences
  • • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management
  • • Engaging clients in meaningful activities and therapies, promoting their independence and skill development
  • • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client progress and service delivery
  • • Collaborating with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
