Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry, filing, and supply ordering, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Operations with data entry, data analysis, and expense tracking.
  • Participate in meetings and provide notes as required.
  • Maintain project plans and disseminate information as needed.
  • Create and update spreadsheets for financial and inventory control purposes.
  • Order supplies as requested.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree preferred, but high school diploma accepted or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Typing: 65+ WPM.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of professionalism.
