Enterprise Service Desk Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Service Desk Technician to join our team at ECI Software Solutions. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our employees, resolving technical issues, and providing support for our software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, and troubleshooting computer technology and/or software. Additionally, they will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to employees via phone, chat, email, and in-person
- Manage incoming incidents and requests using our Service Desk ticketing system
- Work with users to verify information in tickets and adjust the ticket as necessary
- Provide initial and secondary support to employees, escalating tickets as needed
- Manage internal systems for deploying, managing, and securing ECI hardware and software
- Develop and maintain IT-Service Desk projects outside of daily scope
- Work with outside vendors to apply or change their services as necessary
- Provide training to Service Desk Technicians and other departments as needed
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, and troubleshooting computer technology and/or software
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to collect and document detailed information
- IT-related education for hardware, software, security, or systems is a plus
