Service Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team at Enable Resource Group LLC. As a Service Desk Technician, you will provide remote IT support and related services to our clients, utilizing your troubleshooting mindset and experience to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support and escalation processes
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in IT support
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an IT support role, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and current Windows OS
