Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Scout Energy Management is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT onboarding for new hires
  • Provide technical assistance to employees
  • Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting to resolve technical issues
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
  • Offer network support
  • Monitor and administer necessary security updates
  • Inventory and track hardware throughout the company
  • Assist in the inventory and tracking of software installations, updates and usage
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated proficiency as a Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Knowledgeable with Windows OS and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledgeable with Active Directory/Azure Active Directory
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills
Education and Qualifications:
  • High School graduate
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or experience equivalent
