Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document all customer interactions and issues
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff as needed
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Entry-level experience in IT support or a related field
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology and service desk procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL Foundations Certification
  • Experience with service desk software and tools
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, O365, and other Microsoft products
Work Environment
