Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our Enterprise Sales team at Motorola Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling our industry-leading incident management software to new customers and expanding our existing physical security customer base.

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of enterprise sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a comprehensive business plan for incident management software sales
- Utilize CRM to build and maintain a strategic account plan and identify key players for each assigned account
- Deliver a business revenue forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Self-start a sales strategy to penetrate new accounts
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, partners, and industry associations to generate opportunities for Motorola Solutions

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a professional sales role, preferably with SaaS-based solutions sales experience
- Strong operational and technical acumen, with the ability to speak confidently about our products and solutions
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to travel weekly within North America (50% travel)
