Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Executive to join our team at Reliable Temps in Northampton, MA. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing a list of prospective clients through cold calls, email campaigns, and networking activities. You will also determine the HR and payroll needs of prospective clients through research and communication to successfully market and sell solutions. Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrate the product effectively to prospective clients. Collaborate with our internal team to facilitate a smooth onboarding and successful implementation process for new clients. Achieve and exceed sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a list of prospective clients through cold calls, email campaigns, and networking activities.
  • Determine the HR and payroll needs of prospective clients through research and communication.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrate the product effectively to prospective clients.

Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
