Job Description

As a key member of the Bosch Rexroth team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for assigned Industrial Hydraulics customers through strategic account management and proactive selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Sales Growth Targets: Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth for assigned Industrial Hydraulics customers, leveraging your expertise in the Bosch Rexroth product line and industry knowledge.
  • New Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities, contributing to the company's growth initiatives and expanding the customer base.
  • Product and Application Expertise: Provide in-depth product and application support to customers, effectively communicating the unique differentiators of Bosch Rexroth's Industrial Hydraulics solutions.
  • Customer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market requirements, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs and drive value.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and long-term success.
  • CRM Utilization: Utilize CRM systems to track sales opportunities, manage customer data, and coordinate sales activities with regional and management teams.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop tailored pricing strategies for each account, balancing strategic objectives with competitive dynamics to drive profitability and account growth.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer and distributor issues or conflicts, engaging with management when necessary, to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field with 4 years of sales experience, or Associate's Degree in a technical field with 5+ years of relevant hydraulic sales experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of work experience in regional OEM sales or a key Market Segment related to industrial hydraulics.
  • Location: Must reside in the Northeast Region.
  • Travel: Approximately 50% annual travel required.
