Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Liberty Elementary School District 25. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school administration, managing office staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the school office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the school administration, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating events.
  • Manage office staff, including supervising, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the school office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with district and state regulations.
  • Coordinate communication between the school, parents, and community, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or other school administrators.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three years of office experience, including one year in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of school operations, policies, and procedures.
Working Conditions

The Office Manager will work in a fast-paced office environment, with frequent interruptions and deadlines. The position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and parents.
