Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a growing distribution or manufacturing environment managing a diverse hourly workforce
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Working knowledge of a WMS (Manhattan Associates WMOS preferred) and MS Office
  • Experience implementing a labor standards program
  • Experience in a high-volume, automated, wave-managed environment
  • Strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and organization
  • Demonstrated people leadership and development capabilities
  • DC startup experience
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
