Job Overview

The Welder Training & Testing Institute (WTTI) is in search of a dependable and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to deliver administrative support within our Industrial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with current and potential clients through various communication channels, including email correspondence and material distribution.
  • Overseeing account management, inventory control, order processing, and shipping logistics.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining organized filing systems, and assisting the Industrial Services Manager.
  • Responding to inquiries and gathering necessary information from clients.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Prior experience in the welding sector along with administrative expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A background in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong mathematical skills, telephone etiquette, and verbal communication abilities.
  • A commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.

Applicants must demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.

While this role is primarily office-based, there will be occasions when the Office Coordinator will be required to assist in the shop area to manage inventory and ensure order fulfillment.
