Job Details:
  • Schedule: Availability required Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff, receive packages, and assist clients and visitors.
  • Respond to emails and other digital communications.
  • Draft and revise letters, reports, and various documents.
  • Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including room arrangements and catering services.
  • Offer general support and assistance to professional staff.
  • Print materials for events such as name tags and certificates.
  • Manage assessment tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain inventory of training materials and order supplies as needed.
  • Oversee event evaluations and assist with logistics, including setup and cleanup.
  • Capture photos and videos during onsite events.
  • Proofread marketing materials for accuracy.
  • Assist in updating event information on the company website.
  • Welcome customers and vendors.

Job Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in event coordination preferred.
  • 2+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Salesforce and other business software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing and organizational abilities.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Solid research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to plan and execute tasks independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage programs, events, and projects.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as necessary.
  • Successful completion of standard background checks.
