We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader for the role of Healthcare Facility Operations Leader. This position is crucial in ensuring high-quality patient care as the primary leader in an outpatient clinic environment.

  • Patient-Centric Approach: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients while focusing on their health through clinical goal setting and quality enhancement initiatives.

  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse clinical team to provide exceptional care for our patients and community.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the complete operations and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor management, supply ordering, and compliance monitoring.
  • Operational Autonomy: Take charge of your clinic's operations with the support of your director and regional colleagues, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and continuous improvement.
  • Culture and Growth: Engage in a workplace culture that values shared beliefs and behaviors, rewarding those who exemplify these principles.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns, aligning with regional objectives and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Registered Nurse license/experience required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience in healthcare, business, or military settings, or equivalent renal experience.
  • Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
  • Strong collaboration skills are essential for success in this role, as you will work with clinical and financial teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
