2. Team Development: Ensure timely filling of all open positions. Recruit, hire, and onboard managers and associates. Continuously assess team performance and provide immediate coaching, training, and development to support growth within the company.

3. Merchandising: Maintain store appearance and visual standards consistent with the DSW brand image. Respond to business trends by communicating necessary information to management as needed.

4. Operations Management: Manage resources effectively to maximize financial goals. Lead by example and promote knowledge and integrity regarding compliance with company policies in all practices. Utilize resources and business partners to resolve issues with a sense of urgency.

5. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence by focusing on the following:
