Position Overview:

The Wealth Management Consultant is responsible for developing comprehensive financial strategies and wealth management plans to assist clients in achieving their future objectives and managing their cash flow needs through effective savings, investment, and tax strategies.

Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on intricate planning and advanced product offerings.
  • Possession of Series 7, 63, 65, 66, and life insurance licenses is mandatory prior to employment, or if previously licensed, must be acquired within six months of hiring.
  • A robust understanding of the Broker/Dealer and RIA landscape is highly valued.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred for this role.

Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in executing critical components of the wealth planning process, including Investment Trust Strategy, Retirement Planning, Income Protection, Asset Protection, and Family Assistance.
  • Ability to establish rapport as a seasoned professional with respected experience, strong communication skills, and extensive knowledge of portfolio management, financial principles, investment strategies, market characteristics, and a comprehensive range of investment products.
  • Expertise in constructing, articulating, executing, and managing multi-generational financial plans to address complex investment and tax requirements.
  • A proactive mindset and the capability to collaborate across various departments to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Designing investment strategies for trust and wealth management clients with ongoing adjustments to account objectives to align with client needs such as retirement cash flow, tax minimization, and estate planning.
  • Collaborating with fellow planning associates, investment managers, and service support representatives to deliver an exceptional service experience.
