Position Summary

The Senior Vice President of Business Development for Senior Living is tasked with spearheading the growth and expansion initiatives of NEXDINE Hospitality and its affiliated companies within the Senior Living domain. The ideal candidate will possess a robust sales background in the Florida market, exhibit strategic acumen, demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, possess financial expertise, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate a territory management strategy to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Oversee a comprehensive database of prospects and related activities.
  • Design and execute effective sales methodologies.
  • Prepare financial projections, proposals, and contractual agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Senior Living EVS services.
  • In-depth knowledge of current trends in EVS and hospitality.
  • Outstanding oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Expertise in P&L management and financial analysis.
  • Experience in executing contracts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce applications.
  • Strong skills in prospecting and attention to detail.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on People and Culture.
  • Able to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Compensation: $140,000-$150,000 annually

Payment Schedule: Weekly
