Position Overview

The Vice President of Marketing will collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers and the Vice President of Sales to devise, develop, execute, and coordinate the company's comprehensive advertising and marketing strategy. This role encompasses all advertising media, including digital platforms, promotional events, collateral materials, and public relations initiatives, alongside the management of Internet Sales Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation and traffic that align with the division's sales objectives.
  • Design, implement, and oversee a top-tier marketing strategy that encompasses both digital and traditional advertising campaigns, direct mail initiatives, and the creation of marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Lennar corporate to ensure brand consistency and leverage best practices across divisions.
  • Content Development: Partner with creative teams and agencies to produce marketing materials, ensuring consistency and quality that reflects the company brand.
  • Identify and promote unique selling propositions for all communities and brands, including Residential/Primary, Resort, and Active Adult.
  • Audit web content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Maintain community presentations, ensuring all necessary materials are properly ordered and displayed for models and inventory.
  • Oversee the production of advertising materials, sales office displays, brochures, and outreach materials to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Monitor signage and media to ensure adherence to local regulations and corporate standards.
  • Collaborate with Division Purchasing and architectural teams to produce necessary renderings.
  • Manage all aspects of WHC installations, including approved sales office layouts and mandated items.
  • Facilitate promotions for incentives, grand openings, and special financing opportunities.
  • Ensure all social media and internal communications are engaging, innovative, and accurate.
  • Coordinate marketing-related meetings with vendors and advertising agencies as required.
  • Participate in strategic meetings with senior management to align team goals and processes.
  • Execute marketing plans to enhance Realtor contributions and strengthen Realtor relations.
  • Engage with communities to collaborate with VPS's, ASM's, and NHC's to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage specific marketing budgets for all communities, communicating expenses as needed.
  • Oversee coordination of Consumer and Broker/Realtor events, measuring their success.
  • Analyze results of marketing initiatives, focusing on traffic sources and cost efficiency to maximize community engagement.
  • Conduct quarterly evaluations of competitive communities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Marketing/Advertising.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in the homebuilding industry is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining professionalism and objectivity.
  • Proficient in advanced Word, Excel, Publishing, and Lotus Notes.
  • Resourceful, patient, and clear, with strong management and motivational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Physical & Office Presence Requirements:
