Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living LLC. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, assisting them to live life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily personal and medical care routines to residents, adhering to individual care plans.
  • Assist with physical fitness, brain fitness, and social/spiritual enrichment activities to promote overall well-being.
  • Observe residents and report any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition to the nursing team.
  • Record accurate medical and health documentation, following established procedures.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and living areas.
  • Promote a positive and supportive team environment, fostering a sense of community among residents and staff.
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Med Passer and/or Lead experience preferred.
  • CNA certification preferred.
