Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all visitors to the office, identifying their needs.
  • Verify client information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide assistance with various computer applications.
  • Schedule appointments for clients efficiently.
  • Organize and scan documents into client case files.
  • Maintain functionality of office equipment such as fax machines and copiers.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Keep daily activity logs updated.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to all clients.
