Assistant Store Operations Leader

Role Overview: Assistant Store Operations LeaderIn this role, you will be instrumental in driving additional sales and ensuring profitability through effective management of in-store order fulfillment across various channels. You will support the management team in achieving operational goals by delivering exceptional service and serving as a role model in building relationships with our guests. Your presence on the sales floor will ensure adequate staff coverage throughout the store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead customer fulfillment across all channels by utilizing services such as order pick-up, outgoing shipments, and home delivery.
- Manage and maintain efficient shipping lanes in the stockroom, utilizing additional resources as necessary.
- Ensure optimal organization of the stockroom and supply levels to enhance efficiency, safety, and productivity.
- Conduct regular audits and daily reconciliations to minimize shrinkage and establish daily practices to prevent losses.
- Champion safety best practices, including hosting monthly safety meetings and ensuring all tools and resources are in working order.
- Create a positive work environment where all associates are treated with fairness and respect, in line with our People-First Philosophy.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong critical thinking abilities to identify challenges and develop timely action plans.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proven ability to lead oneself and others towards achieving results.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail sales or management in a customer service environment; experience in omni-channel fulfillment is a plus.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
- Full-time associates should have flexible availability to meet business needs.
- Part-time associates must be available for a minimum of two shifts on weekends and two during the week.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $20.00-$26.00 per hour.
