Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and motivate the Bakery team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and are satisfied with their shopping experience.
    • Respond promptly to customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately counted and recorded.
    • Monitor and control inventory costs to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure that the Bakery department is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
    • Monitor and control store expenses to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Identify and address any training needs or gaps within the team.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with team members, store managers, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2+ years of retail experience, including 1+ year of team leadership experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
