Role Summary of the Assistant Manager, OMNI Operations
Your primary responsibility will be to drive additional sales and ensure profitability through effective management of in-store order fulfillment across Omni channels. You will assist the management team in achieving objectives by delivering exceptional service. You will exemplify relationship-building with guests and maintain a visible presence in the store to ensure adequate staffing in all areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer fulfillment across all channels utilizing various services (order pick-up, outgoing shipments, unpaid hold management, home delivery, installation)
- Identify, implement, and sustain shipping lanes in the stockroom. Use additional tables, carts, or racks as necessary
- Ensure optimal stockroom organization and supplies to enhance efficiency, safety, and productivity to support sales floor replenishment and Omni fulfillment
- Conduct regular audits and daily reconciliations (UPS, DIAR, Markdown Audit Report) and establish daily practices to minimize shrinkage (lost cartons, mis-picks, returns)
- Promote and uphold all safety best practices.
Safety Management:
Facilitate monthly safety meetings, ensure tools and resources (ladders, box cutters, etc.) are functional, and confirm all associates have completed ladder safety training.
- Foster a positive atmosphere where all associates are treated with fairness and respect in line with our People-First Philosophy.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Strong critical thinking skills to creatively identify challenges and develop timely action plans
- Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Capability to independently lead oneself and others to achieve desired outcomes
- 2-3 years of prior retail sales or management experience in a customer service environment. Experience in Omni channel fulfillment is a plus.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Must be capable of lifting and moving medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- Full-time associates are expected to have flexible availability to meet business needs.
- Part-Time Flex associates must be available for a minimum of two scheduled shifts on weekends and two during the week. Greater availability may be required for associates scheduled for 20 hours or more weekly.

The anticipated pay range for this role is:
$26.00 per hour.
