Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at The World Bank Group. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our client teams and providing strategic HR advice to drive business outcomes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a master's degree in HR or a related field and a minimum of five years' experience in HR. Prior experience in recruitment, training, performance management, management coaching, and HR consulting is desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR advice to client teams to drive business outcomes
  • Support client managers and staff in proactive talent and performance management throughout the year
  • Advise client managers on talent identification and career development options
  • Design and implement organizational effectiveness interventions to support high-performing teams
  • Contribute to policy development and implementation
Requirements
  • Master's degree in HR or a related field
  • Minimum of five years' experience in HR
  • Prior experience in recruitment, training, performance management, management coaching, and HR consulting is desirable
  • Sound knowledge of general HR policies, processes, and systems with demonstrated analytical skills
  • Proven ability to identify and implement business-related HR interventions
