Job Overview


The individual in this role will oversee a designated team of employees on a specific account during assigned shifts.

This position is crucial for maintaining productivity levels and ensuring that customer service expectations are fulfilled. The supervisor will also ensure that all team members adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards set forth by the organization, clients, and regulatory bodies.


Compensation Range:
$45,000 - $55,000

Work Schedule:
Evenings from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
(Additional duties may be assigned.)

Supervise and guide team members to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.

Utilize current technology effectively to manage and process work orders.

Comply with all ADA non-discrimination policies.


Ensure compliance with safety, security, quality, and regulatory standards established by the organization and clients.

Assist management in achieving optimal operational performance.

Provide technical support and clarify policies to assist team members in executing their tasks.

Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequacy.

Confirm that future schedules are accurately prepared (including days off and vacations).

Ensure coverage for all absences.

Manage employee breaks and meal periods.

Enforce the Attendance Policy.

Maintain regular communication with client representatives regarding operational matters.

Oversee daily scheduling.

Keep a daily shift report for management.

Coordinate with management to maintain optimal staffing levels.

Effectively mentor, counsel, and discipline team members.

Conduct service audits.

Collaborate with the Safety Quality Manager to uphold safety and security protocols.

Exemplify a positive and professional demeanor for the workforce.


Ensure that all team members comply with safety, security, quality, and regulatory standards.

Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Supervisory Duties:
Front-line employees on the assigned account and shift.

Minimum Qualifications:

Language Proficiency:
Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating procedures, and manuals.


Ability to present information clearly, both verbally and in writing, and respond to inquiries from passengers, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


Computer Proficiency:
Basic understanding of computer software programs, including Microsoft Office.

Reasoning Skills:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to address problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


Employees must adhere to the company's grooming standards and display their ABM ID at all times.

Employees must comply with and enforce all guidelines and policies outlined in the ABM Employee Handbook.

Education Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED is required. A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

General Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
