Job Overview


The individual in this role will oversee a designated work team within a specific account and shift, ensuring effective management and operational efficiency.

Compensation:
$45,000 - $55,000

Work Schedule:
Evenings from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
(Additional duties may be assigned.)

1. Supervise and guide team members to perform tasks in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures.

2. Utilize current technology to effectively track and manage work orders.

3. Ensure adherence to all ADA non-discrimination policies.


4. Maintain compliance with safety, security, quality, and regulatory standards as set forth by the Company and its Clients.

5. Assist management in achieving optimal operational performance.

6. Provide technical support and clarify policies to aid team members in their tasks.

7. Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequacy.

8. Complete future scheduling, including days off and vacations.

9. Ensure coverage for all absences.

10. Manage employee breaks and lunches.

11. Enforce the Attendance Policy.

12. Maintain regular communication with Client representatives regarding operations.

13. Organize daily schedules.

14. Keep a daily shift report for management review.

15. Communicate with management to ensure optimal staffing levels.

16. Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as necessary.

17. Conduct service audits.

18. Collaborate with the Safety Quality Manager to uphold safety and security protocols.

19. Set a positive and professional example for the team.


20. Ensure compliance of front-line employees with all safety, security, quality, and regulatory standards.

21. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Supervisory Duties:
Oversee front-line employees within the designated account and shift.

Education:
A high school diploma or GED is required. A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
