Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at SRI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue by 8-10% annually
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and community partners
  • Conduct regular educational meetings and presentations to promote our services and build awareness
  • Track and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
