Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in cultivating and maintaining a positive work environment, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Assist in managing a team of wellness professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and influence staff through motivation and leveraging individual strengths to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and high-quality service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Represent the brand by embodying Restore's core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness lifestyle.
- Undergraduate degree or higher.
- Proven track record of B2B sales and management experience.
- Passion for fitness, athletic achievement, and general health and wellness.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver action plans based on key metrics and drive sales growth.
- Supportive leadership role and strong team player.
- Driven to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals.
- Emphasis on ethics and integrity.
$40,000 - $45,000 per year.
