Director of Sales Consultant

Think Consulting is seeking a seasoned Director of Sales Consultant to drive regional revenue growth and expand partnerships with major players in the renewable energy sector. This role focuses on leading a team of sales professionals and influencing high-level project decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow regional revenue from $150M to $200M by 2025.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the renewable energy industry.
  • Oversee and develop a team of sales professionals, ensuring strong performance and goal achievement.
  • Secure new contracts with major utility and renewable energy companies across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Chile.
  • Facilitate executive-level meetings between company leadership and clients to secure high-value deals.
Requirements:
  • 15-20 years of B2B sales experience in the energy or renewable sector.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy economics and project development.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior executives.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in or with companies based in Latin America.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French or Spanish).
  • Familiarity with complex sales cycles and contract negotiations in the energy sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience working with or reporting to an international headquarters.
Additional Information:
  • Initial contract for 3-6 months with potential for extension.

Pay Rate: $175-$225/hr.
