Annual Fund Manager

Children's Fairyland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Annual Fund Manager to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for managing our annual giving program, identifying and soliciting new donors, and stewarding existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual giving strategy to increase revenue and engagement
  • Identify, solicit, and steward individual donors, with a focus on those giving $1,000 or less
  • Work closely with the Membership and Development team to create a culture of philanthropy and increase investment
  • Manage donor relationships and data using a major CRM tool
  • Communicate effectively with donors, colleagues, and stakeholders through written and verbal communication
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in non-profit fundraising
  • Proven track record of executing donor events and engagement opportunities
  • Strong skill set in managing individual giving using a major CRM tool
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Computer literacy and experience with customer relationship management databases and office productivity software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in and understanding of the strengths and challenges of place-based nonprofit organizations
  • Working knowledge of multiple fundraising technology platforms
  • Knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area philanthropic community
