Stormwater Compliance Specialist

Enginuity Advantage is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our stormwater compliance efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and administering stormwater programs, tracking project profitability, and coordinating site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and resolve client regulatory compliance needs through site audits, design, and implementation of Best Management Practices (BMPs) and source control applications.
- Provide NPDES permit assistance and plan and prepare Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs).
- Collaborate with senior technical resources to deliver innovative stormwater solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in stormwater solutions, preferably in construction, commercial, municipal, and/or industrial market sectors.
- Strong organizational skills, project management skills, business development skills, and technical capabilities.
