Tax Compliance Specialist

The Tax Compliance Specialist will be an integral part of the corporate tax team, supporting global income tax compliance and reporting, process improvements, and various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations, including disclosures
- Prepare federal and state income tax returns, including U.S. reporting of international operations
- Prepare and maintain documentation supporting tax positions
- Support income tax audits
- Assist with foreign income tax returns and Pillar II compliance
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Support analysis and documentation of tax implications related to business initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Working knowledge of ASC 740, income tax laws, and the ability to research tax issues
- Experience working with tax software, financial reporting tools, and data analytic tools
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting/taxation or equivalent
- Certified Public Accountant
- 1-3 years of related experience

The annual base pay for this position is: $74,111,392.00
F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5's differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
