Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated Territory Account Manager to join our team in Reno, NV. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience
Requirements:
- Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
- Pump, Power & HVAC (power generation, fluid solutions, heating & cooling solutions) Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment
