Job Title: Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record with a focus on outside sales experience.
  • Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge with experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
