Job Opportunity: Territory Sales Manager

Cube Management is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Reno, NV. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the regional sales efforts and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 7 sales representatives and lead the regional sales processes.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and regional clients.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales of protein products, including beef, chicken, pork, and specialty meats.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and supervising a sales team.
  • Experience in sales to hospitality, food service, and food distributors.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite and CRM software.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary: $130,000 - $150,000.
  • Quarterly bonus based on achieved KPIs.
  • Car allowance: $600/month.
  • Relocation package available.
