Job Title: Sales and Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Territory Manager to join our team at Philips. As a Sales and Territory Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospital administrators, clinicians, and other key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and technologies in the image-guided therapy market and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and clinical affairs, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
