Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for designated client accounts.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of client orders to maintain satisfaction.
    • Deliver outstanding support to clients, addressing their inquiries and managing expectations effectively.
    • Maintain consistent communication with operational management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  2. Inventory Oversight and Administration:
    • Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
    • Conduct precise data entry and keep records current.
    • Collaborate with operational management to enhance inventory control processes.
    • Adhere to client-specific guidelines for order fulfillment.
    • Prepare and manage client invoices with precision and promptness.
  3. Administrative Duties:
    • Execute general office administration tasks, including document management.
    • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PDF) for reporting and data analysis.
    • Exhibit strong typing proficiency (minimum 45 words per minute).
    • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats to address client inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Proven track record of achieving high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and effective multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in office administration, data entry, customer service, or contract management.
  • Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, or transportation sectors.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm.
