As a Healthcare Sales Coordinator within the CHG Healthcare division, you will assist a physician or client recruiter in managing the administrative functions of their role. The Healthcare Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in the success of a substantial portfolio of business, enabling our seasoned recruiters to sustain and expand their client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders that facilitate recruitment and placement processes, acting as a bridge between the recruiter and physician/client to collect assignment specifics, supporting documentation, and other essential items for effective physician placement.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as directed by the recruiter to enhance business operations.
  • Engage with potential leads, both new and returning providers, to foster interest and commitment in partnering with CHG Healthcare.
  • Maintain professional relationships with both external and internal partners.
  • Meet monthly performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
  • Experience and comfort in managing a high volume of tasks with effective prioritization.
  • Strong persuasive and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in database management, particularly with large-scale database systems.
  • Familiarity with MS Word and spreadsheet applications such as Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce (Classic and SalesCloud) is advantageous.
  • Self-driven with a robust work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • One year of experience in sales or sales support is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to effectively manage multiple projects and substantial amounts of information and documentation.
We believe in equitable compensation for all employees, which is why our pay structure considers the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. For this role, we offer a salary range of $22,984 to $61,798 annually, with compensation varying based on work location and job-related factors such as expertise, position level, and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers competitive starting salaries for sales roles, structured as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which encompasses base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales roles benefit from short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses, while non-sales roles have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are disbursed monthly, quarterly, or annually.
