HOJ Innovations - Hesco Services is a prominent player in the material handling sector, actively looking for exceptional individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This position is crucial for fostering and nurturing customer relationships through direct engagement with clients and potential clients, focusing on the sale of equipment maintenance and service agreements for material handling machinery. As a CSR, you will assess customer requirements and devise sales strategies to fulfill those needs. Daily tasks will involve customer interactions, liaising with Field Technicians, and coordinating job priorities with Service Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing key existing accounts through customer visits or phone outreach.
  • Promote and sell Planned Maintenance (PM) contracts for various industrial and warehouse equipment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all product support needs, collaborating closely with service managers, technicians, and parts staff.
  • Provide quotations for service agreements on a range of industrial and warehouse equipment, including overhead cranes and automated conveyor systems.
  • Address customer inquiries related to operational safety and maintenance schedules.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues related to orders and warranty claims.
  • Follow up with customers post-maintenance and repairs to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Generate leads for service or equipment upgrades.
  • Promote service and product features, quote prices and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for confirmed orders.
  • Track sold equipment orders for potential preventative maintenance, service, or aftermarket sales.
  • Collaborate with sales personnel, operations managers, and service technicians on PM-related inquiries.
  • Submit weekly reports detailing customer-related activities, including quotes, orders, new business, and issues concerning customer/vendor relationships.
  • Monitor overdue PMs and assist with challenging accounts.
  • Consult and problem-solve to strengthen the Company's position within existing and target accounts.
  • Implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 3-4 years of progressively related experience in industrial equipment sales is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales and customer service roles.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
  • Able to operate equipment for demonstration purposes.
  • Capable of managing various situations encountered during the sales process.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Outlook is required.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills are essential.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
  • Basic mechanical understanding of material handling equipment, with the ability to identify parts by sight and name.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management, planning, and organizational skills, along with a commitment to detail.
  • Positive attitude and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Consistently uphold the highest standards in serving customer needs, including addressing customer issues and complaints.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships by acting professionally and embodying HOJ values.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must have U.S. Work Authorization.
  • Must be able to pass background checks and random drug screenings.
