Job Title: Clerk

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of office experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with confidential matters
  • Moderate typing skills and proficiency in computer applications
