Job Summary

Pepine Realty is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. As a key member of our office operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our brokerage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our agents and marketing team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Act as a runner for various office needs, including delivering client care gifts, placing and picking up real estate signs, and collecting and distributing marketing materials.
  • Perform occasional errands or fieldwork to support agents and office staff.
  • Support the office with other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role (real estate experience preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
