Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team at Seminole Toyota in Orlando. In this role, you will be responsible for benefits administration and payroll processing.

The successful candidate will also reconcile ADP payroll reporting and balance weekly, quarterly, and annually. Additionally, they will be responsible for generating yearly W-2s and all associated reporting to close year-end.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for accounting and payroll, we encourage you to apply.

About You:
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll or benefits administration
  • Proficient in ADP EV5 Payroll Software
