We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Accounting Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, FL.
Job Summary:This role is responsible for coordinating payroll and accounting activities, including processing payroll and human resources forms, vendor payables, and client accounts. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Processes payroll and submits human resources forms
- Processes vendor payables; prepares and submits payment requests; transfers journal entries
- Maintains client accounts; prepares accounts receivable invoices; makes collection calls for delinquent accounts receivable
- Reconciles cash received to cash recorded; reconciles inventory
- Proficient in Excel
