Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

Seminole Toyota is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to support our team in Orlando. This role involves managing benefits administration and payroll processes for two dealership locations.
Main Responsibilities:- Process weekly payrolls using ADP Payroll Services, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Reconcile ADP payroll reporting and balance quarterly and annually, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare W-2s and associated reports for year-end closure, meeting regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in payroll management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in CDK software and ADP EV5 Payroll Software.
- Strong analytical skills for reconciliations and issue resolution.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
