Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

- Proficient in software installation, as well as printer and scanner setup.

- Understanding of networking principles and remote access protocols, including LANs/WANs and TCP/IP.

- Experience with Active Directory.

- Strong analytical capabilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills are required.

- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
