Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Director to join our team at HACR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering educational programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning programs that align with our DEI strategy
  • Design and deliver training sessions on DEI topics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions
  • Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in learning and development or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
