Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Director to join our team at the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering educational programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with our DE&I strategy
  • Design and deliver training sessions on DE&I topics, including virtual and in-person events
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with L&D stakeholders within our membership companies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in learning and development, DE&I, or talent development
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with digital fluency and training delivery
  • Training and facilitation certification a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in member relations, leadership development, or a related field
  • Confident and comfortable interacting with a diverse group of individuals
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel within the U.S.
